1. The spirit of the rules
Necstaidia is a shared online world. These Community Guidelines apply everywhere you interact with
others through the Services — in-game, in chat, on leaderboards, and in our community spaces — and
they are part of the Terms of Service. The goal is simple:
keep Necstaidia welcoming, fair, and safe. When something here is unclear, use good judgement and
treat other players the way you would want to be treated.
2. Be respectful
Do not:
- harass, bully, threaten, or stalk other players;
- use hate speech or attack people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual
orientation, disability, age, or similar characteristics;
- post sexual, violent, or otherwise disturbing content, or sexualise minors in any way;
- impersonate other players, our staff, or anyone else.
3. Play fair
Do not:
- use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, automation, or any unauthorised software to gain an advantage;
- exploit bugs or abuse game systems instead of reporting them to us;
- account-share, boost, or sell, buy, or trade accounts, currency, or items for real money outside
the Game;
- intentionally ruin matches (for example, griefing, sabotage, or AFK farming) or evade penalties
with new accounts.
If you find a bug or exploit, please report it to [email protected] rather than using it.
4. Keep it safe & legal
- Do not post or share illegal content, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, or
self-harm. Content that sexually exploits minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to
the authorities.
- Do not use the Services to defraud, scam, phish, or distribute malware.
- Do not organise or promote illegal activity.
5. Respect privacy
Do not share other people's private or personal information without their consent (“doxxing”), and
do not record or share private conversations in ways that harm others. Treat others' data with the
same care you would want for your own.
6. Names, chat & spam
- Choose display names that are not offensive, hateful, deceptive, or impersonating.
- Do not spam, flood chat, or repeatedly post the same message.
- Do not advertise, solicit, or promote unrelated products, services, or other communities.
7. Reporting & blocking
If you see behaviour that breaks these rules, use the in-game reporting and block/mute tools where
available, or email [email protected] with details (player name, time, and a description or screenshot). Reports help us keep the
community healthy; please report in good faith and do not abuse the system with false reports.
8. How we enforce
We moderate the Services and operate anti-cheat systems to protect players. Depending on how serious
or repeated a breach is, we may take actions including: a warning; muting or restricting chat;
removing content or names; reversing unfairly obtained items or progress; temporary suspension; or
permanent termination of the account. We aim to act proportionately, and for minor or first issues
we will usually warn before taking stronger action — but serious breaches (such as cheating,
fraud, or content that exploits minors) may lead to an immediate permanent ban.
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, you can appeal by contacting [email protected]. Account actions are
also governed by the Terms of Service.
