NECSTAIDIA builds layered action RPGs. Our first project is an idle action RPG with arena combat, loot progression, persistent online worlds, and timed multiplayer events — all running on a server-owned online backbone.

We document the build in public. Architecture notes, system updates, and milestones land in the devlog as the work happens.

Every game starts from a composable core loop. Mechanics stack on a clean foundation, not on top of a patchwork.

Online infrastructure, account systems, and economy flows are owned by the server. No fragile shortcuts.

Architecture notes, build logs, and milestones get published as the work happens — not packaged after the fact.

Progression is honest. Time invested compounds. No predatory loops, no dark-pattern monetization.
